Glow in the Dark protective case for disposable lighter

**disclaimer**
-Lighterter cover fits snuggly on normal sized BIC lighters only
-if there is a plastic wrapper around the lighter, it must be removed (wrappers add thickness to the lighter)
-to remove lighter from casing, use an object such as a pen that can fit through the bottom hole in the lighter case, and push the lighter out
