Accurate timeframes and multiple options were given for shipping dates and a tracking number was given immediately. A lot of care goes into each and every individual spider and it shows from the listings to the way they arrive.

I ordered some otiosus Jumping spiders for my first time from George Jumper Dude(Dillon Taylor). He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! He was so patient with me as I had so many questions. He was also very quick in his responses back to me. He sent me extra pictures of the spiders that I was interested. He helped me pick out the perfect spiders for me and my family. He was very helpful with explaining the shipping process, as this was my first time doing this. He was very quick and sending me the shipping tracking information and helped walk me through the process of where to pick them up at since it is cold here. When I went to pick up my spiders and I opened the package, they were very well packaged. I was quite impressed at the caretaking to make sure my babies would arrive safely!! As I pulled each one out, they were all thriving and doing really well and seemed very happy!! I couldn’t wait to take them out and bring them into their new homes. When I got home, I took each one out and played with them for a little bit. They were very friendly, a little spooked, which is normal. They warmed up rather quickly, and all were very healthy and very sweet in their temperament!! He would follow up with me afterwards, to double check and make sure everything was good. His customer service was incredible!! Can’t say enough about it!! I am beyond thrilled, and will definitely be placing orders from him again!!
